I just back from my very first Korean language and culture class. Undoubtedly, it’s a kinda fun class because we can explore a new language. I personally think that the class is great because of the Korean teacher..Hahahahaa~~
She is beautiful!!
or should I say cute?
Erm may be a typical Korean look?
Whatever lah..the important one is we all like her..hahaaa…
So, I was actually late for few minutes. By the time I reached, the students were introducing themselves. To remember the name of each student, the Korean teacher wrote the pronunciation of names on papers and asked us to display it on the table….and this is my name in Korean…
Tadanggg!!!
It’s simple and easy to remember compared to the others’ name. The first character looks like a man isn’t it? *cute* hohoho…
We are asked to introduce ourselves in 5sentences. Since I was late, thus I didn’t have enough time to think all 5 sentences, and finally I said “ I have a long hair” for the 5th. What a stupid introduction, everyone laughed at me. wuwuwuu..
Then we spent our time on some basic learning of Korean language. We’ve learnt the K national flag, K national clothes, K favourite food, and bla bla bla in Korean language. It’s actually hard for me as the teacher wrote the pronounciation in Korean, not in Han Yu Pin Yin or English.
And we’ve also learnt simple sentences to introduce ourselves…
“chor nien Yu Ying e ye yo.” I'm Yu Ying.
“chor nien Malaysia sa ram e ye yo.” I'm a Malaysian.
“chor nien hak seng e ye yo.” I'm a student.
How to pronounce china? japan? korean? korean capital? how bou student and teacher?
Hahaa..all these are fun.
Can't wait for the next class...yoohuuu~~
