Christmas

Huhu~

Just a short update on my s’pore trip. I guess many of u will ask me how’s the trip, where some of you’ve already asked. The trip errr..quite nice, since I love backpacking trip. I was impressed with the efficiency of Singapore’s MRT (something that I never experience b4). You’ll never have to wait more than 5mins in MRT station, and it brings you to anywhere you would like to go! I guess Malaysia should really upgrade the public transport laa…(I hate KTM soooo much!) The MRT station’s escalators also si beh fast, no wonder the pace of Singaporean is so fast.

“Singapore – The Fine City”

It doesn’t mean that Singapore is a good city, instead the ‘fine’ means denda laa~ I saw this sentence painted on some of the souvenirs, then I was wondering why must Singaporean describe their country in such a ‘humorous’ way. Wakakaka.. Anyway, I do really love the clean environment of Singapore, esp the toilet? Hehe..

I was trying to buy some souvenirs back from Singapore, but I realized that Singapore has no souvenir to buy de ler! I can’t find any ‘very Singapore’ souvenir other than Merlion keychain, photoframe and pen. =.=lll Moreover, the souvenirs aren’t made in Singapore, but imported from Malaysia and China. Isn’t it very stupid to buy a souvenir (Malaysia product) in Singapore? That’s why I back with empty hand. TT . So next time go shopping enough la~

Oops.. Should I mention where I travelled to in S’pore? Ok, I think I should ( cz I lazy to answer you all one by one ).

First Day

Orchard road shopping malls

Night Safari (cheated)

Second Day

Sentosa – Underwater World, Dolphin Lagoon

City Hall --> Merlion Park --> Clarke Quay (to take KTM nia~)

Christmas countdown at Orchard Road

Third Day

Bugis Shopping Street (something like pasar pagi)

I guess Orchard road’s Christmas countdown is something like what we have at Bintang walk. The ppl were so excited, they had sprays in hands and walked in group. When they found their target, they’ll ‘help’ to spray him/her until he/she becomes Santa Claus. Some are even geng-er, they stood at a higher place along the street. When we were walking on the street, they will just spray! And of cz, pigjeng kena bit bit lo (though I didn’t play spray!). Hey, do we have policemen guard at Bintang Christmas countdown? Orchard Road Christmas countdown was so kua zhang. From Ochard MRT station to Orchard Road, there’re so many policemen on duty to control the traffic. They didn’t allow us to spray on road and cross the roads, for the sake of our safety. It’s quite shao3 xing4 to have policemen restrict us from being extremely HIGH in such celebration. But anyway, just enjoy it lo~ I went to McCafe after countdown, and here I found sth new in Mcd! They’ve 4 sauces instead of 2(Msia gt barbecue and sweet sour only), and I love the caramel sauce!! This sauce is used to dip apple slices. Yaya..McD there jual apple slices. My bro’s fren said that’s for kids ooo~~

Last but not least, some pics taken in S'pore :

MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!!

Cheers~!! : )
