IQ cube

I believe all of you know this cube since young,
but not much of us know to solve it, am I right?
Wished to learn the theory behind this little cube since years ago.
Don't you think it's amazing if you can solve it yourself?
esp after watching people solve it in Guinness World Records show with eye covered,
I am confident that :
No matter how stupid you are, you can solve it as long as you learn!
and today, I make it! huhu~


The following are the steps to solve the cube.
of cz the steps are simplified. (just a note for myself..kekeke)
if you really want to learn it,
you can learn it on9,
or find a great teacher for yourself ( just like what I did)



STEP 1 : make a cross!

STEP 2: match the color as indicated below. (for all 4sides)
(Make sure the cross is still there har~)

STEP3: solve the upper side! (4 corners)
note : you just have to move 4 corner cubes to their right positions.
make sure the color is matched.
if you do it correctly, you have successfully solved the first layer of cube.
this is what you're going to get.
(can you see the "T" ?)

STEP4 : Solve the second layer.
Formula:
move to left (DL D'L' D'F' DF)
move to right (D'F' DL D'L' DF)

after few moves made, TA DANG!
you get your 2nd layer done also!

STEP5: So now we terbalik the cube up side down, to solve the last layer.

You will usually see either

THIS (A)

or
THIS (B)

STEP 6 : We have to make a cross now.
For case A : FU RU' R'F'
For case B : FR UR' U'F'

after applying the formula, this is what you should have now.

STEP7: check the corners, and move them to their right position by turning only the upper layer.

If there're still corners in wrong position, hold the cube with wrong corners at right hand side,and apply this formula.

So now you have all corners at their places, hold the cube as shown in below.

STEP 8 : make a fish!

Can you see the fish shape?

Hold cubes with no white cubes at left hand side, as shown in above.

If you have fish (A) , use R'U' RU' R'UU RUU
If you have fish (B), use RU R'U RUU R'UU

STEP 9 : Solve upper part.


Then, you almost solve the cube!
almost...hehe

STEP 10 : SOLVE THE CUBE!
so this is the last step. Refer to two pics above, you can see that there are 3 small cubes in wrong position (blue, orange, green).
Hold the cube with RED side at your left (since red side is completed),
and determine the direction the wrong cubes should move.

For the above case, it's counter clock wise, so we apply the formula:
RR U' FB R'R' F'B' U
(if it's clock wise, RR U FB R'R' F'B' U')
